You may be wondering – what is a meta program? Let me give it to you straight away without wasting your – it is a program that writes other programs. Typically an MS Access Developer can create an MS Access Database using the MS Access Software. Then he can create all the objects (tables, queries, forms, reports) one at a time. This is a tedious process and costs a lot of time and money.

With the power of VBA, I have developed an MS Access Meta program that can create all objects in the database, creates forms, reports and queries automatically. What is super exciting is that the program also writes all the VBA code that drives those forms and reports. Normally these would be done by a developer.

So what’s the benefit of this meta program. Let me put it this way .. An MS Access developer can probably create a fully functional Access Application in a week if it contains, let’s say 10 tables, 10 forms and 10 reports. With the Meta Program, that same activity can be completed in less than 30 minutes!
